London office has 60 computers used for computer based training and that has made a huge difference to the PLAB training. For the part I, we have more than 3000 questions on our database, which are answered to during our regular courses. That way, you have the benefit of live sessions at your convenience and the benefit of wisdom of other doctors who may have had similar or different doubts in a theme.

We can now have that facility in Bombay itself! The computer based training for part I runs on computers in our office in Thane. The questions are available in test format, followed by answers, discussion and explanation in audio and video format.

Those who have missed the part I course for any reason in India and can spend around 7-10 days in Bombay, can avail of this facility. The course cost is Rs 4000/-.

The Plab I exam is based on EMQ's i.e. extending matching questions. You will be given altogether 200 Questions divided in 40 themes. The passing score changes each time, but generally it is around 130 (maximum 135, on 2 occasions in the past). There are no negative marks for wrong answers.

While we take all efforts to do the course as per schedule, our lecturers are clinicians with hospital commitments and their clinical commitments may necessitate late (sudden) changes. But generally all this will have happened a fortnight before the course.

So please check our website for any such "unexpected changes" in the UK courses !! All changes would be finalized in the last 10 days.

Cancellation charges for only coaching :

Cancellation charge £20 or 20% of the amount only if done within 2 weeks of the course dates. All cancellation to be done by sending your instructions in writing. If you need to post-pone the course to another date, it is done for no cost. If a course has been postponed and then cancelled subsequently, no refund will be made.

Registration of the course in UK : Fees for part one is £335 + VAT = £394

     If you pay full upfront payment you pay only £335 we pay your VAT so you save about £59     Part payment - part payment scheme is available only if you take course just before your exam.
       You pay £100 provided you have photocopy of :

• GMC admission card for your examPhotocopy of passport Photocopy of degree certificate 2 passport size photographs.copy of your c.v.
• And you just sign a contract that you pay remaining amount £319 when you pass.

"VAT is a tax levied by the UK govt. on the cost of the course and is payable immediately by us to them" this is in addition to income tax.

Doctors intending to do PLAB must open an account with HSBC which should be atleast 6 months old before you leave for the UK. So that it will be enable you to open an account HSBC in UK.
Doctors availing this scheme for the course will need to sign a contract in the UK about the repayment and their intention to work in the UK on passing the exam.
