After I passed Part I of my PLAB Test I fortunately got the address of YB Education and joined their 'Pay if you Pass scheme'. 

This is a very professional, highly focused yet student friendly teaching institute that sailed me through my PLAB Part -II very smoothly.  

Their professional teachers not only tell you what to do in OSCE, but they importantly stress on things which should never be done. The relevance of their 'Practical Tips' are clear in the exam hall. 

I got my job within 2 months and now my wife has also joined the same scheme for the same success.

I got to know about the Plabmaster from my friends and medical colleagues in the Maldives, where we stay. Apparently, several Indians and Maldivians find the coaching very helpful and goal-oriented, and the partial sponsorship scheme unique and very welcome when every penny counts towards your trip to the U.K.

Upon registration with Plabmaster, I was assigned a ‘client manager’, in my case, Ms Priya, who made a head start with the sponsorship letter proceedings. She was very prompt answering my e-mails, efficient and professional, and had that extra touch of alertness and going one step further helping out. Our rapport was excellent.

The ‘payable when enable’ scheme, I’d like to stress yet again, is a boon to all doctors hoping to sit the part II.

Do avail of the latest concessional airline fares the Plabmaster has to offer. More savings and happier you in the U.K.

I’m also indebted to Dr. M.Bhide who provides a sponsorship letter for my husband and four year daughter as well, the latter who can’t do without me. This again proves Plabmaster’s thoughtfulness empathy towards the junior doctors’ fraternity.

I’d like to offer a few suggestions to both Plabmaster and to all prospective exam-going doctors:

Plabmaster- please make the sponsorship application simpler with clear instructions! U.K. style!
Devise a ‘sponsorship scheme’ for high-scoring Plab-I candidates who can’t afford a U.K. trip for the Plab-II ensuring that doctors of caliber, not only those with ‘moolah’ can letter their prospects and train in world-class academics centers. These ultimately might serve better India!
Arrange paying guest accommodation in the U.K. for the partially sponsored as well, if we are willing to pay for it in advance in India.
OSCE-training in India.
I wish Dr. Bhide and his highly commendable team all the very best for all future endeavours helping ‘Plabbers’ and I think as an alumni, we ought to help him in his noble cause.
